You may feel free to exchange any unworn/unlaundered items
purchased from Go Team Merchandise. An exchange shipping charge of $6.99
will apply to all exchanges. Please use the grid below for exchange/return
information. You may return most items sold by Go Team Merchandise within 30
days of delivery for a full merchandise refund (excluding shipping charges).
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our
error, or that of a drop-ship from the manufacturer.
We cannot accept
returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is
worn or laundered.
Any item not
returned in its' original packaging with UPC tags/labels attached, etc.
Items that are
returned more than 30 days after purchase may be subject to a restocking fee
(20%) upon approval of return.
Any item that is not
in its original condition, is damaged (not caused by manufacturer), or is
missing parts will not be refunded.
Any order returned
in whole or in part that included free shipping (and falls under the free
shipping purchase minimum) will have a shipping charge equal to a normal
applicable shipping fee deducted from the total refund.
Any Custom made
embroidered item shipped directly from the manufacturer listed as a custom
embroidered product all sales final.
Return Shipping:
We recommend using
USPS Postal (Insured/Signature Required) for your protection which assures that
we have received the product for return/exchange. Although these services are
very reliable, they do experience loss and damages.

Regular/Expedited Shipping Methods and Policy:
Regular
shipping is done via USPS Priority/First Class mail and usually arrives within 3
days from shipping. Most order are processed and shipped within 2-4 business
day, however, during the holiday season, beginning November 1, orders may take
3-5 business days to ship. However, rest assured your package will arrive with
normal shipping, provided it is in stock, within 7-10 business days. If for some
reason there is a problem with availability, we will contact you first by phone,
then by email.
Many items are available with expedited shipping methods.
Any available expedited options, as well as standard options, will be displayed
on the shipping page during checkout. If you select an expedited shipping
method, please call us forst for this option and please be aware that orders are processed & shipped within two business
days from receipt of your order, and the day of ordering does not count as the
first business day. Business days are considered Monday - Friday, excluding
national holidays.
We
use a variety of carriers and use our discretion to the best possible
delivery based on your needs. These include:

Although most items do ship directly from our warehouse, many items do ship
directly from the manufacturer, it is very important that any returns or
